Built
in 1986 by L. Hausberg Boatyard, Sotra near
Lod = 14,31 m (47’). Beam 4,60 m. Draught 2,50 m.
Sail area 120 sqm with topsail.
Engine: 6 cylinder Ford/Sabb 130 Hp.
Ballastkeel 5 tons. Internal ballast 7 tons.
35 tons displacement.
Sleeps 9.
Heavily constructed:
2” pine planking on laminated pine frames.
Oak stem, sternpost and keel.
Deck is 2” pine on 18mm marine plywood.
All in good condition.
Low deckhouse with inside steering by Autopilot. Hydraulic wheel steering in
aft cockpit.
Small coachroof as original on RS 1 to give light in the saloon.
Inside deckhouse, chart table and navigational equipment. Steps lead down to
main saloon.

Roomy main saloon. U-shaped seat. A double seat with 2 pilot bunks on stb side.
Aft of saloon on stb side is a cabin with 2 pilot bunks.
Galley is placed aft in main saloon on stb side. Well equipped:
Double sink. Force 10 gas cooker with oven.
Additional 220 volt oven with grill and microwave and a double 220 volt cooker.
A 70 litre Waeo fridge box.
Forward of salon is the toilet with Blake, washbasin and shower.
Water tanks are 2x1000 litres stainless and there is a grey water tank of 250
litres.
Forward of toilet is 4 bunks with canvas leeboards. Port bunks can be converted
to double bunk.
Forepeak storage is forward accessed from a hatch on deck.
Ground tackle:
Electric anchor windlass (Vetus Tiger) lifts 900kg
12 mm chain 60 meter.
Anchors: 50 kg Bruce + 80 kg fisherman
Sail area 120 sqm with topsail.
One set in Clipper cloth 1999 and a Dacron set from 1986 incl.
Heavy weather jib 15 sqm.
Bowsprit can easily be housed.
Mast, standing and running rigging new in 1999.
“Concordia” has taken part in 6 Tall Ship Races including year 2000
